REDISCOVER YOURSELF & FIND CONTENTMENT

ABOUT ERIN

I have a great passion for working with people who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, and grief. I can imagine how difficult it may be to deal with these overwhelming emotions on your own and that you may be struggling to manage day to day. Even though things may seem dark and confusing now, happiness and understanding can be found and I want to help you find it. I can help you to decrease the hold that negative emotions have on you, increase your level of coping, and rediscover a level of contentment that you may not have felt in a long time.
